D. Nielson
Managing Director
Mr. Nielson has been
involved in the real estate industry since 1980. He
founded MortgageMac in 2002 with the sole purpose to
provide 'Commercial Lending Intelligence' for
borrowers seeking financing under $5 million. Prior to
this time, he has formed and was President of two New
York mortgage brokerage companies, specializing in both
Residential and Commercial mortgage lending. He
started in the mortgage lending industry at Citicorp.
Mr. Nielson has his
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah
in Economics and Political Science. Mr. Nielson is a
serial entrepreneur who has additionally founded an
Internet Development Company and and IT Staffing firm.
He lives with his wife of 19 years and two sons in
Northern New Jersey.
